  1. I feel empowered and strong in new active wear. It makes you feel good about yourself, and you feel like you can take on the world! I’m working on building muscle and transforming my body.

  2. I enjoyed the tips in this article, especially the section on the bras! It’s concise and useful, with great suggestions. My goal is to loose the weight gained during the past year from starting a new job, to firm up and feel better about myself and my body… We’re aiming at having a baby and being fit before conceiving the baby will make it so much easier in many ways, especially getting back into shape after the birth! can’t weight/wait for it! 😉

  3. My current fitness goal is to get back to being my pre baby weight and fitness level, it’s important to me because I’ll need the energy to look after our bub and I want my body back.

  4. My current fitness goal is to simply get fit again. I am a single mum and I have been neglecting myself in terms of self-care & love. I have always been fit and healthy & in order to be the best possible mother to my little boy I need to be fit (to keep up with him) and healthy (mentally as well). It’s always a motivator when you have amazing activewear to give you that extra confidence boost to get out there & work out. It truly makes a positive impact if you are rocking a gorgeous gym outfit.

  5. My goal is to be focussed and fully mindful at yoga nights
Rather than worrying about my substandard, saggy and scarily sheer tights
Then I know I will finally nail my crow pose and get my alignment right.

  6. my fitness goals have changed for 2018
I want to be the fittest I’ve ever been
each morning I start with a run
2 x a week a PT session to push me past fitness for fun
    swimming and yoga too
all round fitness is what I wanna do

  7. My current fitness goal is to allow and maintain balance in my fitness regime. In the past my default mentality has been ‘all or nothing’ thinking and that has led to me putting my body under too much stress, so this year I’m working on listening more closely to my body to gauge my needs and be my healthiest, fittest and most importantly happiest self!

  8. To work up to walking 10 thousand steps a day on my fit bit as am averageing two thousand at the moment
