  1. I get happy now with my daily mantra ‘ Today, I choose to be happy’ some exercise, fresh food, work, and coffee

  2. My best tip to get happy now is to get outside into the sunshine and move your body! This along with taking time out of each day for “me time” contribute massively to improving my mood!

  3. with a brisk walk along the beach, wind in hair, sand between toes and the sound of waves lapping the shore and nature

  4. It makes me happy to spend time with my family and animals. Helping my grandma in the kitchen, read a book with my mom, all these little things makes my world better
